Refund Policy

If your report fails to generate, contains a clear processing error, or you believe it did not deliver what the order page describes, email hello@localfox.ai within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you.

Because every report triggers real, paid AI queries at order time, refunds for completed, accurate reports are at our discretion - but we would rather make it right than argue. Approved refunds are issued by Creem to the original payment method.
